Do you ship to all countries?

We ship from Argentina to the whole world.
For more information, please go to our Shipping section to know the rates and delivery times for each region.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will normally ship same day and get fast shipping by FedEx which takes 2 to 10 business days to most addresses.
Note that your tracking number will be sent to you right after we ship your order.
It would normally be faster but we account for Covid-19 related delays.

How much do I pay for shipping to my country?

If your order is over the minimum for your country, you qualify for FREE shipping (restrictions apply).
There is no minimum order, and Fast FedEx shipping starts at USD 7.99, you can check you country/region on Shipping page.

What costs are included in your service?

Your products and shipping costs are always final at checkout, but there might be some other costs depending on your country.
Customs duties, taxes, fees and any required paperwork specific to your country is the recipient responsibility, while we cannot know in advance if there will be any charges or payperwork involved, we can support and guide you, just contact us if you have any questions.

How can I pay for my order?

Secured and trusted payment processing with all major Credit Cards, even if you don't have a PayPal account.

I received my order but something was missing, broken or damaged.

We are sorry! Please send us a message either on our contact form or email and we will sort it out ASAP!

What is the expiry date of the products?

We can ensure that you get the freshest items since they are delivered from the producer straight to your door, with no third parties nor long freight times. Please keep in mind that premium products like Havanna or Cachafaz 'alfajores' and Masseube Jellys contain no preservatives and they have shorter shelf-life.
The expiry dates of those brands are at least 1 month after shipping date, depending on which variety you choose. Of course most of them offer longer expiration date.

I was not at home to receive my order, what can I do to reschedule?

After a failed delivery attempt, FedEx will either leave a note at your address or contact you through phone or email.
We don't require signature by default, but if you want to request some special instructions you can do so at checkout by adding a note to your order.

Do you have wholesale pricing or bulk offers?

Yes! We have wholesale prices already on some items. We accept PO and our sales department can help you, just contact us.
If you are making a wholesale order, we might use a different method better suited for size, weight and time frame that meets your needs.

Where I can find the expiration date on the product I've received?

"Most products follow the date format day/month/year which is used in all Spanish-speaking countries.
Look for ""CONSUMIR PREFERENTEMENTE ANTES DE"", ""BEST BEFORE"", or just the date alone.
Make sure not to confuse production date with expiration date."
