It features rapid heat conduction, a multi-layer coating that is resistant to oxygen and durable. Enjoy excellent heat transfer performance for precise soldering work. The tip is easy to install and tin, ensuring balanced inductance and stable operation. With a ceramic heating core sensor, this tip facilitates a quick temperature rise at the iron head. The tip's interior structure promotes fast heating. The outer layer is coated with an iron alloy for corrosion resistance. The dual nickel plating process prevents oxidation and aging.

Maintenance instructions:
- Before use, avoid filing or grinding the tip due to plating reasons.
- It is recommended to apply fresh solder to the tip during the initial heating to eliminate enveloped rust.

During use:
- Clean the tip with a cleaning sponge and a little water. Avoid using a cloth.
- Keep the working surface tinned at all times. Clean it only before use and immediately after use.
- When the soldering temperature exceeds 350°C and work stops for over an hour, ensure frequent tinning of the tip.

After use:
- Do not remove excess solder from the tip after work to protect it from oxidation.
- Add boiled water to the cleaning sponge to prevent mineral corrosion from tap water.
