We make international shipments from all stores in Latin America to the rest of the world.

When can I expect to receive my purchase?

Shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

• United States and Canada: 3 to 5 business days of transit, since the package is shipped.
• Rest of the world: 5 to 9 business days of transit, since the package is shipped.

Shipping times: Vary according to the selected product and shipping from the local store, you can find it detailed in the product at the time of purchase. Most products are shipped between 5 to 10 business days after purchase, once it is received in our warehouse. 

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Each shipment has a fixed cost and a variable cost, which depends on the weight of your package.

Fixed costs per order: 

• Packaging for international shipping (US $1.98): Each package that we forward to its final destination, must be checked and packaged to adapt it for an international shipment.
• Processing Fee (US $0.99): We take care of the processing of your order from the moment you place the order on our site and until you receive it at home.
• Delivery insurance (US $2.99): We insure the delivery of your order. All orders are insured to arrive at the destination. In case of not doing so within the stipulated time or after 75 days from the placing of the order, please contact us.
• Internal transportation (US $2.99): Internal transportation from the official store where we bought the product to one of our warehouses to be repackaged and resent.

In addition to these fixed values, each country has its own fixed shipping cost plus the variable by weight. The cost of international shipping per KG decreases the more KG there are in your cart.

Example:

USA: fixed cost US $8.39 +

0 kg to 5 kg: US $1.50 per kg

5 kg to 10 kg: US $1.30 per kg

10 kg to 15 kg: US $1.10 per kg

15 kg and up: US $0.99 per kg

Once I receive my package, do I need to pay taxes?

To most of the countries that we ship, the import duties of the destination country are included at checkout to avoid paying extra amounts at the time of receiving the package. However, extra documentation may be required with additional amounts that depend on each local regulation of the country. For more information, we suggest consulting locally.

Do you have any Free Shipping promotions?

Yes, we have free shipping promotions. In addition to the possibility to buy in all Latin American stores, you will be able to buy products in stock from our warehouses sold under the seller Latinafy Market, Latinafy España or Treintaytres.
