Begin by diluting with water in a 1:1 ratio and allow it to set for 8 hours. Apply the first layer of Quimtex Leveling Base while the surface is still fresh, ensuring to position the anti-alkaline mesh with overlapping sections of 5 cm to 10 cm. After 24 hours, apply the second layer to fully cover the mesh and prepare for finishing.

Once the base is laid down, prepare the Quimtex flooring mixture by combining components A and B without adding water. Mix thoroughly until homogeneous and free of lumps. After applying, allow for a 24-hour drying period before sanding and applying the final coat with your chosen color. A metal trowel application ensures a smooth texture, followed by a series of four layers of water-based lacquer. Each layer should be diluted appropriately, allowing for 3 to 5 hours of drying between applications, with a full 24-hour drying period for the final coat before light foot traffic can resume after 48 hours.

The leveling base showcases excellent performance with a yield of 2.5 to 3 kg per square meter, depending on surface conditions, and the open working time after mixing is approximately 2 hours.
