Despite being a remnant product nearing its expiration date of March 31, 2023, we have confirmed that both the additives and the cement powder remain in excellent condition. This advanced mixture features Sika's exclusive EpoCem® technology, presenting superior adherence and excellent compatibility with Sika® MonoTop® repair mortars. It also shows exceptional resistance to water and chloride penetration, ensuring long-lasting protection for your structures.

Ease of use is paramount; SikaTop®-Armatec®-110 EpoCem® can be easily mixed and applied with a brush or paint sprayer, making it ideal for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts. With a consumption estimate of approximately 2 kg per square meter for a protective layer and 1.5 to 2.0 kg per square meter for an adhesive bridge, it is tailored for effective application on reinforced concrete. It is also certified for dynamic load conditions, ensuring reliability in various scenarios. For optimal results, store the product in its original sealed packaging in a cool, dry area, and always refer to the technical data sheet for specific application instructions.
