Fischer’s polyurethane expanding foam is engineered for optimal performance in construction and insulation tasks. With a processing temperature range of +5°C to +35°C and optimal can temperature between +10°C to +30°C, this foam adapts to diverse job conditions. After approximately 15 minutes, it becomes non-sticky, allowing for easy manipulation. For thicker applications exceeding 50mm, it’s recommended to apply in multiple layers for best results. The foam fully cures between 5 to 8 hours, providing a durable bond that withstands a wide temperature range from -40°C to +90°C.

This versatile foam adheres firmly to all standard construction materials such as concrete, anodized surfaces, drywall, wood, sandstone brick, and primed metals. It is also effective for insulation and filling around window frames, cavities in walls, and gaps around pipes and ventilation ducts. Recent foam stains can be easily cleaned with Fischer’s PU cleaner, ensuring a neat application. With an approximate coverage capacity of 1.5 m², it is perfect for various construction and DIY projects, delivering exceptional insulation and sealing performance to meet your needs.
