This transparent epoxy resin with 100% solids and no fillers or solvents is ideal for insulating electronic and electrical circuits, small transformers, and more. It offers excellent insulation for medium and low voltage applications. Its impressive insulation and mechanical properties, along with internal flexibility, ensure it meets the required protection conditions for electrical and electronic systems under various stresses. The resin's exceptional adhesion power and low viscosity create a mechanically rigid assembly when applied to windings, providing high resistance to moisture and good thermal conductivity. It air-dries or can be oven-cured with minimal shrinkage and high performance. It can also be pigmented once hardened. Properties when cured: Color: Transparent, Dielectric Strength: 20,000 V/mm, Density: 1.15 g/cm³, Linear Contraction: 0.2 - 0.4 per mil, Deflection Temperature: 50 - 60°C. Mixing time at 20° to 25°C for 100g: Approximately 15 minutes. Minimum hardening time at 20° to 25°C: 24 hours, at 40°C: 8 hours, at 70°C: 2 hours.
