Return Policy

Latinafy.com offers its customers the possibility of returning certain products to any of our warehouses in Argentina, Uruguay, or the United States.

Returns

Latinafy.com will only be responsible for returns in cases where a product has arrived damaged or incomplete from the factory. For issues caused during the transportation of the package, please contact us.

To confirm that the product has been received and to enable us to process the refund to the customer, it is necessary for the product to arrive in the condition in which it was sent and with the label provided by our Returns Department.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

  • Products with a delivery time of more than 20 business days.
  • Products that, by their nature, do not accept returns in Latin America and, therefore, Latinafy.com cannot offer the return to the customer. Examples include: Havanna alfajores with a short expiration date because they do not contain preservatives.
  • Products sold under the condition of “used.”

Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped yet. To cancel your order, please contact us directly through our official channels. Once we receive your request and the order has not been shipped, we will proceed with the cancellation and refund the full amount of your order to the payment method used. Please note that the refund may take up to 30 business days to process, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Refunds

Refund requests can be made by contacting us through our official channels, explaining the reason for the refund request. Refunds will only be processed under valid circumstances, such as errors attributable to LATINAFY that are verifiable.
