Preparation is key: begin by cleaning the surfaces with a degreasing solution to remove dust, grease, and rust, ensuring optimal adhesion. Utilize the U-shaped grinding tools on both internal and external parts of the workpiece for thorough surface preparation.
When applying the product, use tape to protect the outer edges and cut the matting into varying sizes for internal repairs. Take equal parts from Veda Choque 1 and Veda Choque 2, mixing them with a spatula until a uniform color is achieved. Apply the adhesive and matting in sequence, starting with smaller pieces and working up to larger ones. The putty must be utilized within 30-40 minutes at 25°C for the best results.
