Delivery Insurance
nsurance is included with your order to ensure safe delivery. If your package is damaged during shipping or fails to reach its destination, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will provide a solution. Please note, this insurance does not cover transit delays.

Cancellations
You can request a cancellation as long as the product has not yet been shipped. In such cases, we will refund the full amount and cancel the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations for orders that have already been shipped, meaning those marked as "Shipped."

Returns
Returns must be made to our warehouse located in Miami, USA. Once we receive and process the returned product, we will issue a refund or provide store credit, depending on your preference.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 7 business days of the date the package is marked as delivered to your address. After this period, we will not be able to accept returns.

Refunds
If the product arrives with defects or damage not disclosed in the product listing on our store, please contact us within 48 business hours of receiving it. We will review our records, including photos taken prior to dispatching the item. If the product was shipped correctly and the damage occurred during transit, we will offer a partial refund and contact the carrier. If the product was shipped with defects or is not what you ordered, we will proceed with a full refund to the payment method used.

Product nor as ordered: If you find that the product you received does not match your original order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Kindly provide photos or other evidence of the item received. Once we confirm the discrepancy, we will offer you a full refund or store credit, according to your preference. 

Taxes and Duties
Import taxes and duties are automatically calculated during the checkout process. If a package arrives at its destination and local customs authorities require additional charges, these will be your responsibility. If you have any questions about these charges, we recommend contacting local authorities before making your purchase.

Product Availability
If a requested product is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement or proceed with a full refund, depending on your preference.
